Website information and a fit assessment do not create a service agreement. Scope, responsibilities, timing, and any fees are addressed separately and only after mutual agreement.
No technical or contractual authority
ROVAN does not provide trade advice, make technical commitments, price projects, negotiate contracts, or bind a contractor to obligations. Contractors remain responsible for every technical, commercial, and delivery decision.
No guarantees
Commercial opportunities depend on many factors outside ROVAN's control. ROVAN does not guarantee project awards, revenue, meetings, conversions, or other results. These operational terms are not legal advice and should receive legal review before use in a formal engagement.
